Thinking of starting to learn Salesforce?

Let me start with telling you how I started learning salesforce. ....

I was a newbie in Salesforce, the only source of learning was through the Force.com Platform Fundamental guide.



This was my first Salesforce guide with the help of which I started getting familiar with salesforce.
This guide made me understand the Salesforce Configuration stuff very well.It is designed in a very simple way that makes it easy for a novice to understand the concepts clearly.

I can bet that after finishing this PDF you will be well versed with the salesforce configuration and some customization. This does not include code-based advanced customization.

 It would be really very helpful if you finish this PDF in your initial Salesforce learning days.

Being a novice into very new technology is indeed a challenging thing in itself. But this is not true in the case of Salesforce.

Salesforce has a developer forum and Salesforce StackExchange platform wherein you can share the problems you are facing and get solutions from other developers spread across the globe.

A great thing about this is, you might already find a solution for your query as there might be some other posts with the same problem statement as yours and with a solution!
Easy, Isn't it? 


My favorite thing is the Community meetups.

You can even join the meetup group of your location, explore more about the new features of Salesforce, increase your network by meeting more Salesforce enthusiasts and even earn some exciting prizes and goodies by clearing the quiz in the meetups!  What's more amazing than increasing your knowledge as well as getting rewarded for it!
